Terms & Conditions
Pasco Packaging supplies unprinted paper bags and related packaging products within South Africa.
All orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance by Pasco Packaging. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Full payment is required before dispatch.
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) are displayed on individual product pages and form part of the purchase agreement.
Delivery lead times are generally 3–5 working days from confirmation of payment, subject to stock availability and courier schedules.
Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report shortages, damages or defects within 48 hours.
Pasco Packaging’s liability is limited to the value of the products supplied.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original packaging and condition.
Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographs.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return results from an error by Pasco Packaging.

Pasco Packaging respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Information collected may include names, company details, addresses, contact numbers, email addresses and order history.

Orders are delivered throughout South Africa only.

Standard lead time is 3–5 working days from receipt of payment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

The Courier Guy OVN: Overnight Courier 1-2 working days.
The Courier Guy SDX: Same Day Express.
