Our 4-step approach to the perfect end product!
At Pasco Packaging, our custom paper bag design and printing process is meticulously crafted to ensure top-quality results. By using state-of-the-art equipment, customers can rest assured that their customised products will exceed all expectations.
DESIGNING THE ARTWORK
The artwork is processed, and the bag layout is handled by our highly skilled design department. All client design needs are executed in-house, using the latest design software.
READY FOR PRINT
Once the artwork has been finalised, the bags are ready to go to print. Our investment in the latest litho printing press ensures that we can deliver the highest possible quality printed products.
THE FINISHING TOUCHES
The printed sheets are now ready for the finishing department. Our high-output paper bag machine transforms the flat sheets into functional bags. Bags can also be hand-folded to meet specific customer needs. Special finishes such as lamination, foiling, embossing, debossing, die-cutting, and spot UV are also done during this step.
QUALITY CONTROL
It is of utmost importance that each bag undergo a quality control check before it is prepared for package and delivery.
